We granted the application for a writ of certiorari filed by the petitioner-appellee-pe-titioner Okada Trucking Co., Ltd., [hereinafter, “Okada Trucking”], to review the published decision of the Intermediate Court of Appeals (ICA) in Okada Tracking Co., Ltd. v.
