OPINION
DOUGLAS, Judge.
The conviction is for murder; the punishment, life.
The indictment alleged that Homer Lee Shelton killed Josephine McWright by slapping her with his hand, hitting her with his fist, throwing and dropping her body against a door and against the floor of the house.
Appellant contends that the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction. Jesse Hudspeth testified that he was manager of a rooming house; that he heard heavy thuds and thumping sounds coming from the room in which appellant and the deceased were living.
