OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Karen R. McMillen, appeals from the August 19, 2005 judgment entry of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, granting the motion of appellees, Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority ("TMHA") and Donald W. Emerson, Jr. ("Emerson"), to dismiss the first and second counts of appellant's complaint for failure to state a cause of action.
