Reversing.

In 1931 tbe city of Catlettsburg purchased from the Fabric Fire Hose Company certain fire hose and other equipment for its fire department. The city failed to pay the debt, and the appellee brought an action in the Boyd circuit court to recover the amount alleged to be due it under the contract, and on November 20, 1934, obtained a judgment against the city for the sum of $1,250, with interest thereon from December 1, 1931, and for the further sum of $97.50, with interest thereon from December 18, 1931.
