Thomas Mangan was disbarred on March 10, 2000. Board of Overseers of the Bar v. Mangan, No. Bar 99-5 (findings), ¶ 54, (Me.2000); Board of Overseers of the Bar v. The disbarment action grew out of accusations brought by Thuy Thi Rumo, a former client.
