¶1 Jose Martinez, Jr. (Martinez) appeals the revocation of his suspended sentence in the Thirteenth Judicial District, Yellowstone County. We affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

¶2 On or about April 4, 2003, Martinez led police officers on a high-speed chase through Yellowstone County. Martinez was subsequently arrested and on September 13, 2003, pled guilty to one count of criminal endangerment, a felony in violation of § 45-5-207, MCA (2001).
