This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, State v. Ferguson, 195 Wis. 2d 174, 536 N.W.2d 116 (Ct. App. 1995), affirming an order of the Circuit Court for Milwaukee County, Lee E. Wells, Judge. The circuit court convicted Quincy Ferguson (the defendant) of possession of cocaine base with intent to deliver, while armed, within 1000 feet of a park; possession of THC (mari juana) with intent to deliver, while armed; and bail jumping.
