On 26 August 1988, we rendered our judgment, accompanied by our lengthy opinion explaining the reasons for, affirming the trial court’s judgment decreeing Liquid Energy Corporation’s monetary liability to Trans-Pan Gathering, Inc. and Trans-Pan Pipeline Company, granting in-junctive and declaratory relief, awarding attorney’s fees, and adjudging that W.R.
