Under consideration is the debtor’s Objection to Claim of Maria Khangaa (“creditor”) (Docket Entry (“DE”) No. 38, filed October 18, 2002) and the creditor’s motion to reconsider the court’s ruling of January 22, 2003 (DE No. 60, filed February 4, 2003). At a hearing held on January 22, 2003, the court sustained the debtor’s objection to the creditor’s claim and indicated that a written decision would be issued.
