OPINION {¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of April Brant, filed November 17, 2005. Brant appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Appellee Meijer Inc. (Meijer). The events giving rise to this matter began on June 13, 2002, when Brant slipped and fell in a puddle of water inside the Meijer store located on Harshman Road in Dayton, Ohio.
