*923The plaintiff commenced this action to foreclose two mortgages on certain property owned by the defendant Hale Avenue Borrower, LLC (hereinafter Hale Avenue Borrower), and to recover on guaranties executed by the defendants Alexander Gurevich and Gennady Kiselman (hereinafter collectively the respondents).
