JOHN T. ROSE, Jr., County Judge.. Opinion, July 25, 1962: This court is presently called upon to determine, among other things, whether Patti Lee Frizzell, the adopted daughter of the decedent Arthur C. Frizzell and his surviving wife, Dorothy Carey Frizzell, is entitled to share in his estate as a pretermitted child.
The pertinent facts are not disputed; they are a matter of record.
