The action is one for personal injuries. Sixth street runs north and south in the city of Milwaukee and is intersected by Sycamore street. Fifth street runs parallel with Sixth street, and is the distance of an ordinary city block east of Sixth street. From Fifth street to Sixth street, Sycamore street runs up an incline of about forty-five degrees to the west. The highest point of this incline culminates at the east line of the east north-and-south crossing of Sixth street.
