HARDY, Judge.

Plaintiff, a judgment creditor of defendant, appeals from a judgment in favor of Wellman’s Funeral Parlors, Inc., intervenor and third opponent.

The facts and the law applicable were thoroughly considered and discussed in the written opinion of our distinguished brother of the district court.
