Exceptions to overruling demurrer to complaint charging violation of Sec. 39, Chap. 11, R. S. 1930 as amended by Sec. 2, Chap. 180, P. L. 1931. This section must be read in connection with that preceding it, in order to understand the questions raised by the demurrer.
