MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
STARRETT, District Judge.
This matter is before the court on a motion to compel arbitration filed by defendants GE Money Bank (“GE”) and J.C. Penney Company, Inc. (“J.C.Penney”) and joined in by defendant NCC Business Services (“NCC”). The court, having reviewed the motion, the various responses and replies, all matters made a part of the record of this case as well as applicable law, and having heard oral argument, and thus being fully advised in the premises, finds that the motion is not well taken and should be denied.
