SACK, Circuit Judge.
In October 2002, after engaging in nine proffer sessions with the government over an eight-month period of time, the defendant-appellant entered into a cooperation agreement with the government. He agreed to plead guilty to: (1) conspiracy to distribute cocaine; (2) use of a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime; (3) arson; and (4) conspiracy to launder money.
