—In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowd, J.), entered November 20, 1992, which, upon a jury verdict, is against them and in favor of the defendants, dismissing the complaint.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs to 16 Hurds Road Development Corp.
