VANDE WALLE, Chief Justice.

[¶ 1] KKCT-FM Radio, a/k/a Kat Country, appealed the district court’s judgment and challenges the finding of trade name and trademark infringement and, award of injunc-tive relief. We affirm.

[¶ 2] This appeal arises out of an action commenced in 1994 by Kat Video Productions and its founder, Todd Muggerud, against Kat Country for trade name and trademark infringement.
