Appellants David A. Levesque and Dana Rattray challenge the district court’s issuance of a preliminary injunction sought by their former employer OfficeMax, Inc. (“OfficeMax”) to enforce noncompetition agreements barring them from working in office supply sales in or around Aroostook County, Maine. See OfficeMax Inc. v. County Qwick Print, Inc., 751 F.Supp.2d 221, 252 (D.Me.2010).
