Appeals from, a judgment of the Supreme Court (Connolly, J.), entered July 5, 2008 in Albany County, which dismissed petitioners’ applications, in two proceedings pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review six determinations of respondent Commissioner of Health revising petitioners’ Medicaid reimbursement rates.
