This adversary proceeding is before the Court upon the complaint of First Sanlando Bank, N.A., now known as First National Bank of Central Florida, seeking an exception to discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(B) against Edward Brent Be-nore and Mary Lou Benore. Trial was held on October 12, 1989, and upon the evidence presented, the Court enters the following Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law:
