I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Tina Maillet brings this action pursuant to Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-3 and Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 151B §§ 4(4), 4(4A), against her former employer, TD Bank U.S. Holding Co. (“TD Bank”), alleging that it retaliated against her for defending herself against a sexual discrimination charge brought by another employee.
