HAZEL, District Judge.

This suit is for an injunction to restrain and enjoin the United States and C. D. McDougall, as United States marshal for the Northern District of New York, from seizing the property of the complainant pursuant to an execution in favor of the United States issued out of the United States District Court for the Eastern Division of the Southern District of Georgia.
