¶ 1. In 1998, Herbert Hanson Jr. filed an action for breach of contract and intentional interference with a contract, which eventually resulted in this appeal. After seven years of court filings and discovery, the Harrison County Circuit Court granted a summary judgment against Hanson in early 2005. Hanson filed an interlocutory appeal, and the Mississippi Supreme Court reversed the summary judgment and remanded the case for trial in July 2005.
