_|jThis litigation involves a dispute over the award of a contract for a public works project at the Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriffs Office. Lemoine/Brasfield & Gorrie Joint Venture, L.L.C., brought suit against the Orleans Parish Criminal Sheriffs Office seeking to have the bid of Carl E. Woodward, L.L.C. rejected and seeking to be awarded the contract as the lowest bidder.
