Leslie & Whittaker resided in Harrison county, Ky., and. ¡were engaged in the business of buying and selling, tobacco for speculation. The Cincinnati Leaf Tobacco Warehouse Company was a Kentucky corporation, doing business in Cincinnati, Ohio.
