This Court issued an opinion on March 30, 2006 affirming an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Susquehanna County. Linda Reilly and her sister Valerie White applied for reconsideration of the Court’s decision, and the Court by order of May 25, 2006 granted reconsideration and *50thereafter withdrew the previously filed opinion.
