This is an appeal by the defendant Tax Commission and a cross appeal by the plaintiff Georgia-Pacific Corporation from a determination by the Circuit Court for Lincoln County that the assessed value of plaintiff’s saw mill at Toledo was the sum of $2,900,000 for the tax year 1957-58 and $2,800,000 for the tax year 1958-59. These matters were the subject of a prior appeal to this court, 237 Or 143, 390 P2d 337. The prior decision of the trial court was reversed with instructions to enter a final decree on the evidence then before it and such further record as it cared to make. The decree so…
