Allen Hastings (appellant) appeals, through five issues, his conviction for delivery of a controlled substance within a drug free zone. The first issue concerns the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence underlying the jury’s verdict. The next concerns the ability of the trial court to admit, during the guilt/innocence phase of the trial, evidence solely relevant to the enhancement of punishment.
