This is an appeal of a bankruptcy preference action brought under 11 U.S.C.A. § 547 (2004). 1 Plaintiff-Appellant NSC Creditor Trust (the “Trust”) appeals the orders of the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (“bankruptcy court”) denying its motion for partial summary judgment and granting Defendant-Appellee BSI Alloys, Inc.’s (“BSI”) motion for summary judgment.
