Appeal from the Circuit Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Illinois. Suit by the. Citizens’ Savings & Trust Company and Trescott F. Chaplin, trustee, against the Illinois Central Railroad Company, the Belleville & Southern Illinois Railroad Company, the St. Louis, Alton & Terre Haute Railroad Company, and the United States Trust Company of New York. Decree for defendants on demurrer (173 Fed. 556), and complainants appeal.

This suit, begun in August, 1905, is by the Citizens’ Savings & Trust Company, a citizen (fictionally) of Ohio, and Chaplin, trustee, a citizen of Missouri, as complainants, against the Illinois Central Railroad Company, the Belleville & Southern Illinois Railroad Company, the St. Louis, Alton & Terre Haute Railroad Company, citizens of Illinois, and the United States Trust Company,,a citizen of New York, as defendants.
