Appeal from a judgment of County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered June 10, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.

On October 28, 2002, after police observed a traffic infraction and stopped a car driven by Paul Mead in the Town of Guilder-land, Albany County, defendant and Kristen Bundy, passengers in the car, were jointly indicted for criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
