The petitioner has made application to this Court for an order to compel the attendance of a corporate witness of the respondent-employer and the attendant production of Company personnel and investigatory records, pursuant to a subpoena duces tecum issued by an arbitrator sitting on a grievance hearing pursuant to their collective bargaining contract.
