— Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Martin Rettinger, J.), rendered October 31, 1989, convicting defendant, on his plea of guilty, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of 3 to 6 years, unanimously affirmed.

At the sentencing, defendant made a motion to withdraw his guilty plea, alleging that he was improperly allocuted, that he was entitled to a jury trial, and that he was "railroaded” into pleading guilty by his lawyer. The court denied the motion.
