DIMOCK, District Judge.

A. Philip Woolfson, as a beneficial owner of stock in Third Avenue Transit Corporation, moves to vacate three orders of this court made during consolidated proceedings for the reorganization of Third Avenue Transit Corporation and others pursuant to Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act.
