—In an action to recover damages for the defective construction of condominiums, the defendants Bayberry Greens Associates, Bernsim Corporation and Frenor Development Corp., appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Di Tucci, J.), entered October 2, 1989, as granted the plaintiff’s motion for leave to serve an amended complaint and denied their cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them.
