Appeal from an order of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County (Nelson, J.), entered December 6, 1993, which granted petitioner’s application, in three proceedings pursuant to Social Services Law § 384-b, to adjudicate respondent’s children to be permanently neglected, and terminated respondent’s parental rights.
