Charles Buckles (“Buckles”) contends that the district court erred in finding that the term “actual charges incurred” is unambiguous and “means the actual amount accepted by a health care provider as full satisfaction of the insured’s obligations for treatment covered by the Policy.” (R.6-128 at 37.)
