MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court upon the motion of RBS Citizen’s, NA (the “Bank”) for relief from the automatic stay pursuant to Sections 362(d)(1) and (d)(2), and in rem relief pursuant to Section 362(d)(4) of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Code”).
