In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for wrongful termination of employment, the plaintiff appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dowd, J.), dated July 16, 2001, which granted the defendants’ motion, in effect, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint on the grounds of lack of subject matter jurisdiction and as barred by the statute of limitations, and (2) a *664judgment of the same court, dated October 31, 2001, which was entered thereon.
Ordered that the appeal from the order dated July 16, 2001, is dismissed; and it is further,
