Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered August 12, 1977 in Tioga County, which dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, seeking to compel the respondent to resubmit its 1976-1977 budget to the voters of respondent school district. On May 27, 1976, the respondent, at a meeting open to the public, approved a budget for the school year 1976-1977 totaling $4,520,591.
