OPINION

CORNISH, Presiding Judge:

Richard Eugene Harris has appealed his conviction of Murder in the Second Degree in the District Court, Tulsa County. His sole assignment of error is that the evidence presented by the State was not sufficient to establish a prima facie case. After a care*1267ful review of the evidence, however, we believe that the evidence was sufficient to submit to the jury.
