*711 Defendant Xavier Lamar Horton ("Defendant") appeals his convictions for possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine, possession of a stolen firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, and attaining habitual felon status. Defendant argues that his motion to suppress evidence obtained in a traffic stop was erroneously denied, contending that the police officer who conducted the stop lacked reasonable suspicion that he was committing, or about to commit, a crime.
