In an action by lessees to recover damages inter alia for destruction of part of the leased premises, defendant and third-party plaintiff Edward Schwatt," doing business as Atlantic Associates Co., appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 16, 1973, which, after a hearing, granted plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss said defendant’s affirmative defense of lack of personal jurisdiction.
