The defendant, Nelson Vladimir Gonzalez, appeals from the revocation of his probation and the imposition of a fifteen-year prison sentence. We affirm.

On May 24, 2004, the defendant entered into a negotiated plea with the State wherein he agreed to plead guilty to second degree murder, resisting an officer with violence, three counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, driving with an unlawful blood alcohol level, and driving with a suspended license,1 and to be sentenced to ten years in prison followed by ten years of probation with several special conditions, including that the…
