—December 5, 1935, plaintiffs recovered a money judgment, aggregating over five thousand dollars, against the defendant corporation. The judgment recites the appearance of the parties, the consideration of certain matters by the court, and that the parties in open court stipulated that judgment might be entered upon certain designated causes of action as set forth in plaintiffs’ complaint, in accordance with the demand thereof.
