SHIELDS, Judge.
James E. Church (Husband) appeals the decision of the trial court dividing the marital property and determining the amount of child support in the dissolution of Husband’s marriage to Phyllis Church (Wife).
The Churches’ major asset was a house built early in their marriage for $18,500 and valued at trial at $50,000. $2,700 of the $6,000 down payment on the house was from the sale of a mobile home brought into the marriage by Wife. $3,300 was a gift to the Churches by Wife’s parents.
