Presently before the Panel are eight actions pending in two federal districts, six in the Western District of Missouri and two in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Each of the Missouri actions involves the relationship between the operators of Mobil Oil Company (Mobil) gasoline service stations and Mobil.
