MEMORANDUM OPINION

The court has held an evidentiary hearing on its Order to Show Cause (Docket No. 45).1
A hearing was set for July 18, 2013 on confirmation of Debtors’ Chapter 13 plan, and the Trustee’s motion to dismiss. At the hearing on July 18, 2013, Mrs. Kuyk-endall testified regarding several matters concerning the activities of Debtors’ then-counsel of record (Seth Crosland), and a Florida entity called Consumer Attorney Services (“CAS”).
